WILL I HAVE THE SAME CLEANER?
We will schedule the same cleaner/crew for your home cleaning. This is beneficial to both you, and the cleaner. She will have familiarity with your home, and beneficial working relationship between house cleaners and clients. There will be times where a cleaner has a day off, or for any other reason, our office staff will notify you and arrange for a substitute cleaner.
WHAT IF I HAVE AN ALARM OR HAVE PETS IN MY HOME?
if there are any instructions regarding, pets, keys, or alarms It is important for you to notify us prior to a scheduled visit so that we can notify our cleaner.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you need t o cancel your appointment for any reason, we ask you to notify us at least 3 days before your service date. Cancellations within 72 hours or less will be charged a $40 cancellation fee.
CAN I SOLICIT THE CLEANER?
All of our crew has signed an agreement which specifies that all clients belong to the company. If the cleaner tries to solicit any clients even; tho agreement has been signed, he or she will liable to pay a breach-of contract fee. Please don't try to solicit or encourage them to solicit you.
CAN I GET A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE?
Unfortunately, no. In order for us to to give you a detailed and accurate estimate, we need to view your home and discuss your cleaning needs in person. Our in-home estimates are free and there is never any pressure on homeowners to use our services.
IS OUR COMPANY INSURED?

WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE CLEANING PROVIDED?
We want all our clients to be completely satisfied with our home cleaning service. However, If you are not happy with the service provided for any reason, please let us know within 24 hour period. CAN I ADD A DIFFERENT TASK TO MY CLEANER ?
If you have an unplanned, last minute request for your home cleaning, you can call us or text us at (206) 717.5518. We will do everything possible to accommodate. If it is something that will take longer than usual, we can substitute an area to clean for that day and clean the area that you wish. Please understand that cleaners have a set scheduled time for each client, and have other clients home to clean.
DO I HAVE TO DO ANYTHING BEFORE THE CLEANING?
In order to give you the greatest value, we ask you to take a few minutes the night before to pick up clothing, toys and other household items.
